At SHK Atelier, each piece is carefully prepared and thoughtfully packaged before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Standard Post: approximately 5–7 business days

Express Post: approximately 3–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen delays. Once an order has been dispatched, SHK Atelier is not responsible for carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

All parcels are sent with tracking. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery through the Australia Post website.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SHK Atelier is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

For a tailored delivery estimate, you may use the Australia Post calculator and enter “Bankstown, 2200” as the sender postcode.

Safe Arrival Promise
Each item is thoughtfully packaged using protective materials ensure it reaches you safely.
Should your piece arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a clear photograph of the item and a photo of the packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
