Returns & Damages Policy

At SHK Atelier, each piece is crafted from natural stone and carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Due to the nature of our materials and small-batch production, we ask that you choose thoughtfully before purchasing.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, we are always happy to assist.

Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging every order using protective, heavy-duty materials.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shkatelier.com.au with:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Photographs of the packaging (including the box)
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue. Each case will be assessed individually.

Natural Material Disclaimer
Our pieces are made from natural stone. Variations in veining, tone, texture, and small natural markings are not considered faults but are part of the uniqueness and beauty of each piece.
